The Snow Moon offers a natural pause — a moment to slow down, soften the body and clear what has accumulated over the past weeks. This gathering is an invitation to release what no longer needs to be carried and to consciously step into the next phase of the year feeling steadier, clearer and more resourced.
We will also mark a powerful energetic transition — the closing of the final weeks of the Year of the Snake, and the welcoming in of the Year of the Fire Horse.

I’m all things Energy & Freedom
In my mid-30s, I hit a crossroads while climbing the corporate ladder in local government . Stressed , burnt out and unfulfilled, a transformative three-month break in the French Alps after the loss of a loved one led me to radically change my life. This pivotal moment fuelled my passion to take the steps to reclaim my power, my worth and no longer play the waiting game.
I evolved my passions and the things that fully supported me during times of life challenge including Yoga, Reiki, Shamanic Healing, Reflexology and Swedish Massage to establish my own business. Now, I offer these services, alongside retreats, workshops, and one-on-one coaching, aiming to guide clients through life challenges and empowering them with energy and freedom approaches.
I have an unbelievable burning desire to keep evolving this flame which only gets bigger in serving my clients in a greater way.
I have studied with Daizan Skinner, Elizabeth Harley, Shiva Rea, Rebecca Campbell, Kyle Gray, Peggy Dylan ( Sundoor ) & Stephen Mulhearn to name a few.
