Our home for the weekend is the most homely St Drostans Lodge Tarfside, Glenesk, Angus Scotland. The lodge offers basic, welcoming accommodation set deep in nature in spacious grounds.Â
All rooms are single occupancy, some with ensuite facilities. It sure is a home from home !Â
Our bodies will be nourished and fuelled with delicious, nutritious foods. Planted by Cali's food is out of this world! Options suitable for all

The yoga was gentle and not too demanding. Your attention to detail and organising skills are brilliant which allowed the weekend to flow. Coming into a group who know each other already can feel a bit strange, but everyone was friendly and I felt welcomed. The foot massage that you gave during the sound bath was a lovely extra.Â
Enjoyed the smoothies, herbal tea, tasty flapjacks and blue voodoo shot! Oh plus the abundance of chanting! Thanks so much for my goody envelope of colourful crystals aswell. Very well chosen indeed!đđ Looking forward to the next one! Â

In my mid-30s, I hit a crossroads while climbing the corporate ladder in local government . Stressed , burnt out and unfulfilled, a transformative three-month break in the French Alps after the loss of a loved one led me to radically change my life. This pivotal moment fuelled my passion to take the steps to reclaim my power, my worth and no longer play the waiting game.
I evolved my passions and the things that fully supported me during times of life challenge including Yoga, Reiki, Shamanic Healing, Reflexology and Swedish Massage to establish my own business. Now, I offer these services, alongside retreats, workshops, and one-on-one coaching, aiming to guide clients through life challenges and empowering them with energy and freedom approaches. Â
My mission is to help people like you to reclaim your worth, step into your power, and experience the freedom and grace of a limitless, fulfilled life. I look forward to connecting with you soon.
